  • I cannot find a dealer close to me, can I buy a product directly from Third-Kind?
  • As we support our dealers who choose to carry our brands, please contact them first. Do not hesitate to contact us, we are very happy to give advise to you. We can also deal with you directly but it will take longer because we are a distributor, not a web mailorder.

  • Warranty?
  • All the makers we carry will handle warranty case by case through third-kind. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact your dealer or third-kind. None of our products are lifetime warranty but warranty will concern manufacturer defects. Our products are made and quality controled by makers with long term experience and long time tested by their riders (and even third-kind staffs and riders) to offer full satisfaction to the riders.

  • Why Nankai still use loose ball bearings?
  • Benefits of loose ball bearings are numerous. Even, it requires more maintainance it rolls smoother and faster and last longer. It is also cheaper to maintain than any others bearings. Custom settings are also welcome, thinner whasher, bearings, etc. How-to maintain your freecoaster is available here.

  • Why prices are different depending with retailers?
  • Mainly because shiping cost, import duties and VAT are different troughout the world. Currencies are a cause as well. We aim to make the products available at the fair prices anywhere.
